Our number one priority is to provide exceptional service to our individual and small business taxpayers. Our core competency is staying on top of all new and revised tax legislation that affects our clients. We strive to give every taxpayer the individual attention they deserve to be sure their needs are being met. The goal of this firm is to take a proactive approach to tax planning, which in turn will maximize our clients' wealth by having them pay the least amount of taxes allowable by law!
Our History
Our firm began operations in Orlando, Florida in December 1995 under the name "Frank's Tax Service". In June 2002, we changed our company name to "Tax Form Processing LLC." We have prepared over 35,000 tax returns over the years for individuals and small businesses. Our success is built on satisfied clients who return year after year and whom refer other clients for quality professional tax and accounting services at a reasonable price. Tax Form Processing LLC has been a proud member of the Better Business Bureau® for over 20 years! The company became a member of the BBB in year 2000.
Our firm consists of professional tax accountants who specialize in tax preparation, tax planning, and payroll and bookkeeping services.
About the Managing-Member of Our Company
Frank DiPaola is an Enrolled Agent (EA), who is a federally-licensed tax professional authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) by the United States Department of Treasury. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. Frank is also an "Authorized IRS E-File Provider." He continually keeps up-to-date on new and revised tax laws and regulations by taking continuing professional education (CPE) courses. Some of these CPE courses are "Tax Practitioner Seminars" sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service. In addition to CPE courses, he has access to an extensive tax library where he conducts his research. Frank also subscribes to monthly professional tax journals. He also receives weekly e-mail reports on tax legislation changes. Furthermore, Frank has active memberships in the following professional tax associations:
