How Do I Access My Form 1095-A?
If you, your spouse and/or dependents had health coverage through the federal Marketplace® or a State Exchange at any time during year, you should receive a "Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace® Statement," by mail no later than mid-February. You may be able to obtain your Form 1095-A online. See details below.

Log in to your HealthCare.gov account,

Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2024 application to access your 2024 Form 1095-A. If you are looking for other years, select the applicable year,

Select “Tax Forms” from the menu on the left,

Download ALL Forms 1095-A shown on the screen. There may be more than one if there were changes made your account during the year.
